We are a family owned and operated company. Detroit Lakes Disposal has been in business since about 2007. In 2017 Travis and Julie took it over and it has been family owned and operated ever since.

Hours of Operation
In observance of Christmas our offices will be closed Thursday, December 25th & Friday, December 26th . All routes will be running as normal, please be sure to have cans out the night before. Thank you for your continued support, and Merry Christmas!

Hi there, I just wanted to give an employee shoutout to the two men who pickup our garbage at 29190 County Highway 54 (the green house). My son is 9 months old and loves watching vehicles drive by but his favorite specifically is every Wednesday when the garbage truck comes. The two men who take this route just make our day by waving hello from the end of the driveway. I just wanna give them a HUGE thanks and how that small gesture goes so far and we look forward to it every week. Thank you guys so so much!!
